PM180 is an extremely handy device, geared to display and record temperature readings from six different temperature sensors simultaneously and efficiently. It is the epicenter that co-ordinates and indicates data input from six circuits of IR temperature sensors. The device is conducive to integration with PyroMini and PyroBus temperature sensing assemblies. Connection with these sensors is established with the aid of a communication interface RS485 Modbus. Each PM180 unit can accommodate six temperature sensors. Thus, when an unlimited number of PM180 units are connected concurrently, a network of an exponentially large number of temperature sensors, running into hundreds, can be formed.
The PM180 unit is equipped with a 2GB MicroSD Card that allows storing data collected over a year. It incorporates a backlit touchscreen display. Data from two circuits can be displayed concurrently by the temperature table. The unit can be configured to start and stop data logging automatically, according to preset times. Data logging can be started and stopped manually too. The unit adheres to CE and RoHS guidelines. It is operable as a Modbus slave or master. Relay alarms (ICP DAS M-7061) and analog outputs (ICP DAS M-7024) are available optionally.
